You do not need a visitor account or payment details to download the free assets listed on this website. Our hosting and security services process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs and request times, to deliver files, protect the site and troubleshoot problems.

Name and email for downloads

Before starting a free download through our resource pages, you must enter your name and email address. Diginesto stores these details together with the selected resource, file version and request date in an administrator-only download request list to process and record access to our free resources. Your details are not displayed publicly. Submitting a download request does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and the download form does not send an email automatically.

We keep download request records while needed to manage our resources and respond to enquiries. To request removal of a record, use our contact form from the same email address. We may ask you to confirm control of that email address before acting.

Contact messages

When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal documents. The form uses a security token, a spam check and a short request limit to reduce abuse.
